54 2010 年刊與 2011 展望 YEARBOOK 2010 & PROSPECT 2011 活動花絮 Activities 題目：建議成立獨立保險業監管局 (17 August 2010) Topic: Proposed Independent Insurance Authority 　　財經事務及庫務局於 2010 年 7 月發表了成立“獨立保險業監管 局”的諮詢文件，為期 3 個月。商會於諮詢文件大概一個月後成功 舉辦了一個論壇，誠邀了保監專員蔡淑嫻太平紳士、保險功能界別 立法會議員陳健波太平紳士、香港保險業聯會主席余健南先生、財 經事務及庫務局首席助理秘書長黃國玲女士為論壇嘉賓；與會者亦 包括全國人大港區代表陳智思太平紳士、友會嘉賓、會員及各同業 先進等合共超過 130 人，由前會長龍達明任論壇主持。 　　會後安排了晚宴，筵開了 5 席，並在氣氛融洽下完結。 HKCII successfully conducted a forum regarding the 3 months consultation of “Proposed Independent Insurance Authority” after 1 month of publication of the consultation paper. Speakers: Ms Annie Choi Commissioner of Insurance Hon Chan Kin-por, JP Legislative Council Member (Insurance Functional Constituency) Mr Allan Yu Chairman of The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers Ms K L Wong Assistant Secretary of Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau There were over 130 participants including Mr Bernard Chan JP, HKCII members & friends of all other insurance societies. Forum was chaired by our Past President Mr Geoffrey Lung. There were also 5 dinner tables served after forum. Dinner was ended in harmony atmosphere. 論壇 Forum
