55 CPD Program- 持續專業進修課程 13/11/2010 CPD 的課題為“第三者責任保險”，共 5 小時學分。是次課程特點是“建築物管理 ( 第三者風險保險 ) 規 則”這一部份特別邀請律師講解。 A 5 CPD credit hour course named “ Third Party Liability Insurance ” was held on 13/11/2010. HKCII specially invited a solicitor presenting the part regarding the new regulation of Building Management. 此次課程本來預算名額 50 名，但由於課題吸引，很快便告爆滿。 HKCII 決定更改可容納 120 人場地，但結果一樣 — 爆滿 ! The CPD course was reserved for 50 seats at first. It was fully booked rapidly, due to it ’ s attractive contents. HKCII decided to change a bigger venue for 120 seats.
