HKU SPACE QF Level 4 Certified Insurance Professional Induction Course
Dear HKCII Members,
In collaboration with CII Hong Kong, we are pleased to share the following professional development opportunity with our members.
In light of the evolving insurance landscape, organisations must develop professional competence to ensure growth and maintain competitiveness. Corporate nominations play a crucial role in identifying employees best suited for professional development, aligning learning opportunities with business needs, and supporting talent retention. This approach not only strengthens organisational capabilities but also demonstrates a clear commitment to excellence.
The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) offers HKCII corporate member firms two complimentary CII LEAD Programme 2026* seats for each staff member enrolled for the HKUSPACE QF Level 4 Certified Insurance Professionals Induction Course (特許保險師先導課程) , which is set to commence at the end of 29 July 2026. Corporate nominations close 10 July for priority places.
This Level 4 accredited programme under the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (QF) is eligible for Continuing Education Fund (CEF) reimbursement of up to 80%, and 15-hours CPD. The 10-week course will take place at the HKUSPACE Admiralty Learning Centre.
The programme covers essential topics, including insurance principles, customer service, financial planning, investment planning, business ethics, and more. Corporate nominations submitted through CII will receive priority placement and dedicated administrative coordination.
